How ordering works

Count the lines of text you need, then choose the model that fits. The builder above shows how your wording sits in each die.

Send your text
Message us on Facebook with your wording exactly as it should read, plus any logo or signature file you want engraved.

Approve the layout
We send a proof back. Check spelling, licence numbers and dates carefully — the die is cut from what you approve.

Collect or have it delivered
We confirm the schedule when you approve the proof, and arrange pickup or delivery from there.
Questions we get a lot
How much does a stamp cost?
Price depends on the model size and how many lines of text are on the die, so there is no single figure. Send us your wording and the model you want and we will quote it.
Which model should an engineer or architect get?
PTR and licence details usually need five or more lines. Trodat 4913 fits five lines; 4915 handles five to eight, and 4926 takes up to twelve for full PTR blocks with an office address.
Can I change the ink colour?
Yes on non-HB models — black, red, blue and green are the usual choices, subject to stock. HB models come in their fixed ink.
Can you put a logo or signature on it?
Yes. Send the clearest file you have, ideally black on white with no grey shading. Fine detail needs a larger die, so a round 40 mm or above works best for logos.
Do the daters need resetting?
The date band is adjustable by hand and covers several years. Your fixed wording around it stays on the die.
What if I find a typo after approving?
The die is already cut at that point, so a correction means a new die. Read the proof twice — especially licence and PTR numbers.

Rejibe Enterprises
We are a small arts and crafts shop on Pacana Street in Cagayan de Oro, making stamps, seals, signage and engraved work to order. Most jobs start as a message with a name, a licence number or a logo, and end with something you can put on a desk, a door or a document.
Everything is made in house, so if you need a size that is not on the catalogue, ask — we will tell you straight whether it can be cut.
